TellPenny helps salespeople send neutral close the loop requests to buyers. We process the minimum data necessary to send the request, deliver the response and provide analytics to the seller organization.

Data we collect

Buyer name, email address and company; deal context you enter; the response the buyer selects; delivery events (sent, delivered, viewed, bounced, unsubscribed).

Data isolation

All data is scoped to your organization using row level security. We never share data between organizations.

Buyer rights

Buyers may change or remove their response within 15 minutes, and may unsubscribe from further requests at any time. Unsubscribes are enforced across the platform.
